As the seasons shift and cooler months creep in, September is the perfect time to prepare for winter wellness.
In this engaging, hands-on class, we'll gather with fellow herbal beginners to explore the history, benefits, and process of making Fire Cider—a spicy, immune-boosting remedy crafted from everyday kitchen herbs like garlic, ginger, and onions.
Event Highlights:
Mingle & Tea Time (6:30 – 7:00 PM) Arrive, get settled, enjoy a warm herbal tea, and connect with others in our cozy, welcoming space.
Herbal Insights (7:00 – 7:45 PM) Our knowledgeable herbalists, Micah and Marissa, will guide you through everything about Fire Cider—from its fascinating history and traditional uses to the benefits of each kitchen herb and its role in seasonal wellness.
