Suggested Use:
Adults: 1 tablespoon daily as a preventative, or 1 tablespoon 3x daily at the first sign of sniffles.

Ingredients:
Elderberry Syrup Kit
1/4 cup of Honey (Local raw honey is ideal for extra wellness perks, but any honey will work beautifully)
1 cup of Water
Directions:
Combine the entire contents of your elderberry syrup kit with 1 cups of water in a saucepan.
Cover and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it steep for 1 hour (still covered—let those herbs do their thing).
Strain out the herbs.
Let cool slightly, then stir in 1/4 cup of honey.
Pour into a clean glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 6 months.
